"I have ordered many times from them before. This time I put my gazebo model number in their search line and it took me to a particular gazebo top. So I ordered it. When we received it and tried to put it on, it did not fit. While trying to put it on the grommets came out and we stopped and took it off. I sent pic of everything and received a text telling me that it was the wrong top. Even after they took me to the other top which I ordered. They then told me that I could not return the top since it was damaged and offered me a 20% discount on another top. I told them no they should replace with the right one at no cost. Since then I have heard nothing. I will no longer order from them. And I have spent a lot of money with them already but no longer."
