"My gazebo was purchased with only a canopy a several years ago and has been canopy less for a few years due to wear and tear. I placed an order for a replacement and added the netting which meant I needed to order rings to hang it up. Rings came in a package of 40 (I did get 42.) The canopy went on first, and a few days later the netting. Unfortunately, 42 rings was not enough since the netting needed 48. Garden Winds only sells rings in a pack of 40.

My rating is based on customer service experience. First, my gazebo looked similar to the one in the picture with the same model name. I sent a picture to Garden Winds as suggested for help. The response was that it looked similar but without the moder number they couldn't be sure and that I can return the canopy if it doesn't fit but will have to pay shipping. Canopy said for gazebo size 12x12. I measured mine but seemed more like 10x10. Luckily, it fit, barely...velcro won't close.

Second, not enough rings to hang my net. Package is sold with only 40. I got 42. My net needed 48. I contacted customer service by email. Their 1st response was that the rings sold only in a package of 40, and that a smaller or larger package wasn't available. They suggested I go to my local retailer and look for shower curtain rings for my missing rings. They did not want to send me extra rings. I responded to the reply that the site did not specify for the net how many rings I needed and that going to a store to buy rings was not the response I thought was good customer service. Their reply back was that the ring package did say 40 rings, and that they were to help replace any missing or broken ones from the canopy and net that my gazebo came with. I can reorder another package of 40 but they will waive the shipping charges, which is more than the package of rings.

Finally, I replied back that my gazebo did not include a net so I had no idea how many rings I needed. I assumed the number in a package was enough for the net since the item did not specify the number of rings needed. But I did thank them for waiving my shipping cost if I reordered. I did not reorder.

In the end, I was not happy with the customer service responses about the gazebo model and the rings for the net. And for the price of @$235 total, I figured sending me 6 extra rings would have been nice small gesture for my business.
