The only site I found with a cover that would fit our swing seat. When I received it, it really is just a tarp, no different to a $20 tarp you can buy anywhere except it has been cut and stitched together. That alone makes it feel cheap, but the big problem is the stitching is awful, just big wide gaps, water just pours through every edge, which kind of defeats the purpose when you want to keep rain off the cushions. I'm going to try and use transparent caulking to fill all the edges as I haven't found anywhere that sells a decent cover large enough, so I'm stuck with my $130 leaky tarp for now."

"I received a replacement canopy as a Christmas gift.
When I went to install it in June, it turned out to be the wrong canopy.
Garden Winds wouldn't issue an RMA. I had to send the canopy back,
have it inspected, pay for return shipping myself, and the person who gave me the gift was refunded.
Meanwhile, I have the reorder the correct canopy.
It has been several weeks now, and the order status is still listed as "Processing."
There is little to no chance I will get to actually use the canopy this summer at this point.
I inquired about the status of my order via email and have received no response.
So my Garden Winds experience has been vastly less than satisfactory."
