"Rachel was our customer service representative who was very helpful but the outcome was not satisfactory. I ordered a cushion that was not what I expected. So I went to UPS to have the cushion sent back to you facility and they charged me $111.25 to return the cushion. So I called you Customer Service asking if we could split the cost. The best you could do was refund the original shipping cost of $24.92. I would not have order the cushion if I knew it was going to cost me $111.25 to return. Usually when I order something from a company they will email me a return shipping label. In the end I wasted around $100 and I work to hard for my money. I'm very disappointment. "suggest if you do not know where you gazebo was purcahsed ans needing to replace canopy....send pictures and measurements to garden winds else it will cost you cause all canopies even if state 10x10 are not. When I finally got the correct canopy it was defective the reason for less stars."

Now they want me to send them back the canopy and ask me to pay for the shipping fee both way. This is ridiculous, stay away from them."
