"We live in Canada. We had to ship it to our acquaintence in Detroit and then someone take over the border and then us drive three hours to pick it up. The shipping fee was too expensive. The overall order was too expensive in U.S. Dollars. You should be able to ship to your Canadian counterparts in Canada. Why have an order desk in Canada when it only can be shipped in U.S. We could have bought an entire swing including all of the accessories for less money than what we paid for two items. You live and learn.

"I love that Garden Winds has fast customer service response, and they were able to match my gazebo with a picture I texted to them. I gave them 4 stars because the wall screens I just purchased had dry rotted elastic bands to pull back the screens. Everything else about the screens were new, so not worth sending the whole thing back. But it was disappointing that the elastic is useless, and one of them broke already, so we won't be able to tie back the screens. "
