As the awning I needed was for an old swing with no ids on it, I was fairly sure that I had picked the right one and asked for the dimensions for it and was told that they didn’t give that out. After some begging on my part, they reluctantly gave the size. I ordered it and it fit nicely. If there were another website to order this from I would rather use it. Unfortunately I have not found one. "

"Ordered LCM450BCN. Their website shows the photo including the tiebacks that are supposed to be attached to the netting. The set they sent was missing the tiebacks. Called Garden Winds. One rep said that it could be defective and would check. A different rep immediately stated that their replacement doesn't include tiebacks. I explained that the original had tiebacks sewn onto the netting and that their photos show the tiebacks and are essential so when the netting is not in use, the wind won't damage the netting. The rep tried to tell me that the photo only shows what the original set looked like. Nowhere in their description did they state that, nor that tiebacks were not included. Have been back and forth with these people since I received the order with no results. One rep told me to use the velcro anchor as a tieback! Too much money for a shoddy product. Sorry, but they have grossly misrepresented what they were selling. Should have read the BBB review!"
