"Ordered the RipLock 500. Received it and installed it the next day. Fit perfect. The next day it rained and the water was coming in on 2 sides of the canopy. I ordered the RipLock 350 two years ago and Never has an issue with water. I could stay under there and no water. I have a couch and TV in the gazebo and never had to worry about water. Now I do. Contacted customer service and sent pics. 2 days later received an email advising that the canopies are “water resistant, not water proof” and if I’d like my money back it there would be a $10 restock fee.
I bought from Garden Winds because of good past experience. I sent another email asking for a replacement and was greeted with we can’t guarantee the other one won’t do the same. I can see the small holes in the sewn seam where the water is coming in ! Why not satisfied a returning customer and replace it ! I will never do business with Garden Winds again !"

To our surprise included was a weather peotecter for when the canopy is pulled to one side. We also spoke to an agent before ordering online who was very helpful."
"I found it fairly easy to order this item off the internet. It was 1 day late arriving, but that was not bad. The canopy fit properly on the old frame. It looks good, but the material it is made of doesn't appear that it will hold up very long. I will probably need to replace it within 2 years."
