"I contacted garden went through Walmart regarding a butterfly canopy/pergola that garden winds makes. I was asking the dimensions of the replacement canopy that goes to the model of that Walmart sells. There is no dimensions on the actual Pergola on Walmarts website. I only needed a replacement canopy and garden. When’s customer service kept asking me for more information. They wanted me to take a photo, then the photo wasn’t good enough they wanted it more expanded. There’s only one model on Walmarts website, I don’t understand why it was so difficult to find the replacement product, i.e. canopy. I went ahead and purchased what I found which I’m ultimately have not returned because the color beige is more like a brown/tan. Why it doesn’t come in and off-white I’ll never understand."
