"I needed to replace the canopy on our patio swing. I sent GW a picture of the canopy frame, and the canopy they sent was a perfect fit. That’s the way it should be, but, often isn’t anymore. Refreshing!"

Didn't ship my canopy when they said they would.

"So far not good at all.
My order was placed on May 23 with 2nd day delivery so I would have it by memorial day weekend. Checked and it was in stock, Cust service said it would ship on the 23 have it on Friday the 25th. I see a ups tracking number on the 23 so we were looking good. On Thursday I check ups tracking and it's not moving at all. I call Cust. Service on Thursday and they can't even tell me if my order has left there building or not. She just kept saying there is a tracking # so it must be on the way. Then she said maybe they missed a scan. Seriously you can't even tell me if a package in in your own building or not. Then to say maybe ups missed a scan. that box is gong to be scanned like 6 times before it gets from CA to IL. I then asked to have another one sent out ups 2nd day for a Saturday Delivery. She says no UPS doesn't deliver on Saturdays. Funny thing is YES they do, You just didn't want to pay extra for it so I got screwed. It finally shipped on Friday and arrived on Wednesday. Problem was the box was split open and NO canopy. So as of today 6-6-2018 I still have NO Canopy. I've sent the damaged box back, I've been told they are going to ship another one to me N/C but that still has not happened. This has just been a disaster :)

Not such a good product

"I received my order and apon setting it up I found a large number of threads hanging, Two of the straps were not fully fastened to the top and it did not fit as is should. I contacted their customer service a few days ago and they still have not responded. I had purchased the same item a few years back for half the price and it was in much better condition. If I didn't have an event this coming weekend I would have sent it back. "

Canopy

"I live in Victoria BC, I originally called the helpline, gentlemen there very helpful, I gave him the measurements, he then told me which Canopy to order, which I then did online. My length was 80'' and width 46''. I ordered it before noon and it arrived the next day in the afternoon ! What great shipping. It was about 2 inches short in length but the helpline mentioned something to the effect when I first called before ordering that this could be a bit short but in general it fits fine."

Canopy for Gazebo

"We moved to a new house with a gazebo on the deck but there was no canopy on it. There was no model name or number and we had no idea where it was purchased . I took a picture and sent it with the dimensions to GardenWinds. They emailed me with the probable gazebo brand and a recommendation for a canopy to fit. I purchased it and, low and behold, it was almost a perfect fit! It’s fantastic!"
