"My gazebo replacement is very snug and the one I really wanted to buy, the next better option wasn't available in green which is the color I wanted. The 3 person swing cover was only available in plain beige and cost half as much as I paid for the whole swing. The replacement cusion was more than purchasing a whole new swing. Not great but will work until I redo my whole backyard with completely new design."

"I purchased a replacement canopy based on the serial number of the original manufactured canopy and found that he Garden Winds canopy was too small to fit on the patio pergola. I had to cut pieces of the structure the canopy attaches to in order to get the Garden Winds canopy to fit. It was small by a half inch or inch and a half. Not happy with the purchase from Garden Winds- especially for the price. Half the price would be more reasonable considering the less than accurate measurements. "

"My below average grade is for product only. As in the past, ordering and delivery were impeccable. The cover I ordered for my 10 X 10 Lowes Pergola fell way short of expectations. The cover I replaced was heavy duty and the right color, and it lasted 4 years. The one I ordered was very thin, not the same length, and no where near the same color. It was sort of a light skin tone color. I thought, ok... so I put it on and no sooner did I complete the task a good gust of wind came up, and of course you could probably figure out the rest... at the end I ended up putting a couple 4 X 4 posts on top to hold it. And yes, I was using the poles supplied with the OEM product. Although it did mention that the tie downs were not part of this product, it sure would have been beneficial to have them. I’ve ordered Garden Winds products before with great satisfaction but, and I apologize in advance, this one did not make the grade for me."
