"I ordered the wrong size first but didn't find that out until it finally stopped snowing and warmed up in Michigan which was longer than the 30 day return. Garden Winds understood about Michigan weather and allowed me to return the wrong one and get the correct one. The pictures on the website helped out a lot! "
"The experience I had with Garden Winds was generally good. In the course of my order, I needed to speak to Garden Winds customer service and they were very helpful. The cushions I ordered are nice and fit my furniture perfectly. My only issue was about the shipping. The cushions came in two enormous boxes that were broken open, somewhat crushed, generally falling to pieces. If the contents had been anything but soft unbreakable cushions, they would have been ruined. "
"The cover we ordered for Patio Swing didn't quite work out as it could not withstand wind, however, we can repurpose for covering other items this upcoming fall/winter season. However, having said that, I was really impressed with the speed the order was processed & delivered in the US and to our home in Canada in 2 business days. Very impressive!"
