"The canopy fits fine, but we are disappointed in the quality of the fabric. It is much thinner than the original and we are sure it won't last as long. Also, the color does not match the swing chairs. We didn't have a choice in colors, and we had to take what you had available."
"Tried purchasing large order of outdoor tiles using cc for location other than billing address - system didn’t allow for it. 1st customer rep and manager were incredibly rude and unhelpful - zero customer service, riaised their voice at me, just absolutely and incredibly horrible. They mentioned that system accepts small orders so I placed 4 small orders separately online. All but 1 order was subsequently cancelled. I called customer service again and spoke to a different manager was nice and helpful, and combined all orders into 1 (as I had originally done, to minimize damage to merchandise), however system was unable to take order - something about how the system works. Finally (after hours) order was placed, only to receive email that item is now out of stock and cannot be fulfilled. I will never, ever, ever try purchasing anything from garden winds again, which is a shame because product seems good."
"Found the cover on their website that I thought I wanted to order after a google search. I noticed the notice at the bottom that said covers may look the same but all are different. I sent a picture of my gazebo to the number listed. In less than 30 minutes on a Sunday night I had a response saying it looked like a particular gazebo that was sold by Sears and gave me the order number. I had indeed purchased that gazebo from Sears so I ordered the suggested cover. It arrived quick. Several complaints in reviews about how tight it was to put on. This is true, however with a little stretching, it fits like a glove, which is exactly how you want it to fit, not loose. The material seems stronger than the original and have had a couple really windy days already and it did great. Planning to order another to put away for future use. "

"This is the 3rd canopy ordered through Garden Winds. Each time the order was fast and efficient. The quality of the products have always been great. After a few seasons of wear the canopy starts to break down and we have always reordered with Garden Winds and have upgraded on the fabric. The last canopy ordered was for the highest grade, strongest material sold. When the canopy arrived, it was installed immediately. After installing, it was noticed that the corners had ripped and the side slats were ripped. Garden Winds was very approachable when we told them of the poor workmanship in these most valuable parts of the canopy. Garden Winds have been most helpful in rectifying the situation. Very good customer service."
