"The company is excellent. The product that I purchased was sub par. Who makes a BBQ cover with open grommets on each side that allows rain to come through? The seams of the cover are poorly sewn and I doubt that it will last through the season. I will use the product as a template and take it to a canvas shop where I can get a quality cover made."

2 There is definetly not enough velcro and there are no corner hooks causing it to come up immediately even with a small breeze!
3 The tier part is not made correctly! The slots are positioned wsy too far away causing it to be flopping in the wind!
