However, right after we ordered, we went on line to track our order for delivery and saw that it was buy one get one 50% off!! I called to see if I could get that deal cause we would love another one, but they said we just missed it! I guess we will have to wait for that deal to come again! "Ordered the canopy color I wanted only to find out after checking out the website changed the color to beige. Tried to change the order, no can do... order is processed call customer service. Called customer service to explain the issue AGAIN order been processed. Had to order the right color this time, turned out it's a whole other item number $10 more.
Customer service told me to return the wrong one when I get it no fee, did that and it says on the return lable $10 will be deducted from the refund.. even though it wasn't my fault. The item was shipped back the next day it was received.. no refund yet... Crazy "

Ordering was fine. Shipping was fine.
Put it up. It fit. We have ordered several times and had no problems. They usually last 2 years. Which we know and accept. But this one was flawed and rhe corner pocket tore right off the bat. We are trying to fix it bc it's too much trouble to take if off and send it back.
Not happty at all with this purchase."

"I've ordered replacements covers only about every 2 years. There a little tight around the perimeter (they could use about 1/2" on all four corners) but other than that there great. "
"Service very good. Prompt delivery. The replacement cloth canopy top I ordered is good, especially for the price but the previous one I ordered only lasted a year before it tore. To be fair the top stretched enough so water could pool which put a high strain on the material after heavy rains. This one I sewed in reinforcement patches. The cover would be worth twice the price if it came reinforced at the critical stress points. Overall, I'm satisfied. "
