"Service very good. Prompt delivery. The replacement cloth canopy top I ordered is good, especially for the price but the previous one I ordered only lasted a year before it tore. To be fair the top stretched enough so water could pool which put a high strain on the material after heavy rains. This one I sewed in reinforcement patches. The cover would be worth twice the price if it came reinforced at the critical stress points. Overall, I'm satisfied. "

"I purchased the Sonoma 2009 canopy in the riplock 350 fabric. At the time of my purchase the website noted that the item was out of stock and had an arrival date of 4/30/18. This was acceptable to me and I placed the order. I contacted customer service around this time to make sure it was ready to ship to me. I was told that the arrival date was pushed back. They gave me conflicting dates but settled on 6/30/18. This was not acceptable. They offered to ship me the lower quality "normal" fabric at full price and the corresponding netting at full price. Their resolution was to five me free shipping on the netting when it became available (a whole $10). The most disappointing thing was they never contacted me when the arrival date was pushed back, I found out on my own. Poor communication and a lack of understanding from them has left a bad taste in my mouth. "
