"I purchased the Sonoma 2009 canopy in the riplock 350 fabric. At the time of my purchase the website noted that the item was out of stock and had an arrival date of 4/30/18. This was acceptable to me and I placed the order. I contacted customer service around this time to make sure it was ready to ship to me. I was told that the arrival date was pushed back. They gave me conflicting dates but settled on 6/30/18. This was not acceptable. They offered to ship me the lower quality "normal" fabric at full price and the corresponding netting at full price. Their resolution was to five me free shipping on the netting when it became available (a whole $10). The most disappointing thing was they never contacted me when the arrival date was pushed back, I found out on my own. Poor communication and a lack of understanding from them has left a bad taste in my mouth. "

I have searched and searched the internet for a canopy for my Garden house that I purchase at Home Depot and had NO LUCK. I’ve called and gone to Home Depot only to get the run around for weeks. I’m so grateful I found Garden Winds and even more grateful They had my canopy for my Garden House. I was pleasantly surprised the Wall piece was included in the purchase which I had no Idea until I opened the box. "
