"The quality of the canopy is great, however they are made too small. I realize they need to be tight because of risk of blowing off. But its nearly impossible to put the canopy on without tearing the pocket hole. We have had the canopy out in the hot sun for hours (90 degree weather) to help with stretching it, and we have taken out the support bars in the center to help with stretching. Nothing helps. It could spear and extra inch in fabric and still be a very tight fit, but it wouldn't risk tearing. I purchased the best quality and it is starting to tear on the corners. YES we ordered the right canopy.
This is the second one we purchased, the first one tore in the corners and continued elsewhere. We only display in late spring to early fall. We don't let it out in the harsh winter. If this canopy starts tearing, this will be the last time I purchase from this company. Especially since we purchased the best of the best and still had issues with it being too small. Please revisit your measurements."

"Went onto the website and find out exact model Gazebo that was needed for the top replacement of our previously purchase gazebo. Triple checked it was the right model, (they have three extremely similar models that vary) and proceeded to checkout with a pretty hefty price tag, but knew this was the brand and style and we liked on the original so putting up the money would be worth it. Fast forward to getting the order in the mail with no labels indicating what is what but a simple return slip with ADDITIONAL COSTS OF SHIPMENT and a long list of qualifications to get a PARTIAL refund. So setting that aside and begin opening up the Replacement cover and notice it was a bit cheaper material than previously. It was a thinner almost a plastic fabric, and the pin hooks that attach into the gazebo were like a simple bent wire similar to a hook on close hanger. VERY CHEAP compared to previous cover which featured a stronger metal hook with a bent "double" eyelet edge, as well as a mesh top air flow (now featured open holes at the top, allowing bugs in) I gave it the benefit of the doubt and began putting the top on the gazebo. It was very tight and the pins felt like they were going to snap. Thinking this was due to it being new I continued to attach the top (seemed like it would rip easily due to sewing and type of fabric).Finally it was up and i was able to sit underneath the gazebo with shade. The next morning i woke up to find the gazebo top half off!! I contacted customer service and explained everything, including photos etc. The rep kept telling me I may have bought the wrong one and to show the original purchase receipt or the manual ( we had neither since we moved). We assured them it was the right one, and again reexplained our issues with the product. My and the Customer Service Rep conversation continued and was constantly pushed into the you bought the wrong one, products may vary compared to previously, and heres our policies on a partial return, but COMPLETELY NEGLECTED the fact to address my expressed issues on the hooks that are supposed to keep the top cover down being DEFECTIVE.


LONG STORY SHORT, I will never be ordering from this company again, they set HIGH PRICE TAGS on POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS and their customer service make you at fault no matter what!!"
