"Canopy material was fine but size was so far off we had to cut the metal supports to fit it on by at least 2 inches each. The product had the correct product number for my canopy structure."
" Garden Winds has been my go to for replacement top and netting ,since 2011. The set last for about 2 yrs ,if you take it down,don't spray any thing on it. I have ask that the tie backs on the netting be emproved ,they brake off in the the first 6 to 8 months of the first yea When I have called Customer Service , they understand your issues and take care of your issues on the call. This is the first year I have had to wait on my order,for over 2 weeks . "
"The purchase and shipping experience is always fantastic. However, the product is somewhat flimsy and doesn't last much more than a season (I've bought them before so I'm speaking from experience). It is also a tiny bit too small for the gazebo frame. This means it cannot be mounted on the frame at all points without tearing the cover. Despite the issues, Garden Winds is the only seller I know of who sells these tarps, so buying one every couple of years is cheaper than buying a whole new gazebo."

"To make sure I get the correct size cushion and canopy I’ve sent pictures to GW as they requested. When I received the merchandise nothing fit and I had to send the cushion back, bc it was much too small and lousy craftsmanship. The canopy I modified and kept, but is looking awful since it is too small also! The return shipping cost I had to pay were $114.00 and outrageous! I can’t recommend GW and will never order from them again!"

Original canopy that came with gazebo purchase was very thin and weak design and replaced due to defects!
I purchased additional canopy rip lock model and grommet fell out of the small top canopy during set up!
Not a good sign! We’ll see how this one holds up! "
