"I was so excited to find a company that made a replacement canopy for our umbrella and was willing to wait the couple weeks for shipment. The order was delayed by a month. I did have to call to find out the status, would have been nice to receive an email or call letting us know there was a delay. We eventually received the canopy and our credit cards wasn't charged until it shipped. The canopy is very well made, it is however slightly larger than the original. With that said it didn't come with any velcro attachments to hold it to the umbrella frame when it's opened and closed. This would have been a good addition. I was able to save the velcro straps from the old canopy which now has to be sown to the new canopy. Fingers crossed it will work otherwise the canopy will just blow off the frame when a good breeze come through. Over all we are happy with the quality just wish it were a bit more snug or I didn't have to do extra steps to hold it in place."
