Bad Customer Service and Quality Control

"It doesn't fit! The top tear section was manufactured too small. There are 3 individual sections. After sending pictures, customer service said it's the correct canopy and that I should bend the metal frame to try to make it fit. Not possible without tearing the canopy. They said they do not have have individual replacement parts. They said I would have to pay for shipping to send the whole canopy back and try another one. No thanks. Stay away!"

Great service

"I recently bought a gazebo replacement canopy. This was the second time. The first time (three years ago) they were very helpful in identifying the correct canopy and it fit perfectly. Unfortunately Florida summer storms and two hurricanes (not direct hits, but within 50 miles) eventually took their toll, and after Hurricane Irma the canopy was in tatters. The manufacture's recommendation is to take the canopy off and store it through bad weather, but it takes some effort to install it in the first place, and continually removing and re-installing it wasn't really an option. I have no problem that it needed replacing after three years. Garden Winds were able to quickly look up my old order, and dispatched the replacement very quickly. It's now on the frame, and looks very good. We're keeping our fingers crossed that this one doesn't have to face hurricanes next year, and thus might have a slightly longer life."

Misled shopper

"Although the website and order process was easy, the description of the replacement canopy was misleading. I received the product and opened the package only to find that this replacement canopy didn't match the pictured product that I ordered from the website. My original canopy had a color contrasting outer edge and a striped under curtain. The replacement is all one color and not what was pictured. The only clue to this descripency is in the description which states: Signature Indicators of Gazebo Original valence had a striped pattern.
I'm not happy with this purchase.

QUALITY IS OK

"I've had to order a new canopy cover every 2 years. Live in So Cal (hb) we get some wind, some heat, some rain. Nothing too drastic.. but every 1.5 to 1.75 years the thing starts just tearing apart with the slightest touch. Going to replace until I find a better alternative. Overall service, delivery, is great. "

Not what we needed

"We ordered a replacement canopy. I was expecting the whole canopy, frame included. Received only the fabric portion. Totally our fault for not reading fine print, but return costs are so extreme, we're forced to keep an item that is of no use to us. We will just purchase a whole unit in the spring as we have enjoyed our current for 4 years plus. "
