"My only criticism of my experience is that the manual for install is a bit confusing and could be written better. I suggest having constant input from users. And the manual for pull to open or push should have separate manuals. Most of the manual is ok but I could not have done it without help of an experienced electrical specialist ( I'm a surgeon). It would also help to provide a CD tutorial much more detailed than online on your website."

The lady I spoke with on the phone was nice but didn't give me much information and when I went to "chat" with someone online it just went to an email and when I received an email in return it was just to tell me what product to purchase. Little voice communication and I just got the impression that they are all in a hurry or too busy. I honestly expected a followup call or something especially since I just dropped over $1000. with their company! This is a huge purchase and I have never done this before so I guess I just wanted a little extra help making sure I was doing it right. "
