"I recently purchased a new gate motor from gate crafters.com for a heavy steel driveway gate. When I called gate crafters to find out some information, I spoke with Michael Foley, he answered my questions about several different gate motors, he ended up pointing me to a better motor. I purchased the motor and several additional items I thought I needed. When I went to buy all the items Mike emailed me to let me know I did not need several of the items that were in my shopping cart. So he saved me from the drama of having to return unneeded items. The gate motor was shipped directly from the manufacturer to me, via FEDEX. That is where the problems surfaced. The motor sat at their warehouse for 7 days, with no indication of when it would be delivered. I called FEDEX, got the run around by a bunch of unhelpful rude FEDEX employees. I emailed Mike to see if he could do anything to find out what happened to my package. He immediately stepped in, he went up the ladder at FEDEX to find out what was really going on. Turned out they lost the package, then they found it. FEDEX could have caused me a huge amount of stress and tension, but thanks to Mike Foley he swept away all of those problems and got the motor delivered the next day. Mike Foley at gate crafters.com was incredible, he went above and beyond what his job required. I am so appreciative for everything he did. "The product seems to be very good. The ordering process good. The only part that left me from saying totally satisfied is the customers support. Did the chat to ask a question 15 minutes before end of office hours and was greeted and then nothing until i got a response that told me the office hours. The next day called about setback rules the person did not understand me and said to follow directions and then asked me to email with pics. Seemed to busy to talk. Once I sent the email in the morning with the pics there is supposed to be a 2hour response time but did not here back until the next day. All I got was your numbers are good. Should have been a we received your email and will respond as soon as we can. The response should have been more like "after we reviewed what you sent us, the setback numbers you are asking about will work in your application". This lets me know that you did check out my situation due to the fact that the person on the phone told me to do this.
So for me more work in that area to show that you care about what I just purchased from you. Other than that so far the product itself seems to be great. "
