After declining their proposed payment of half the original offer for my iPhone 12 claiming scratches of which there were none and some issue with the battery which I never experienced I declined it. Gazelle then said they were returning my phone on 1/9/25 and gave me a tracking number. As of 1/18/25 I have no phone back, and the bogus tracking number they provided as no information whatsoever other than that a label had been printed. After talking to Gazelle customer service, they insisted it was shipped on 1/9 and blame the USPS for lack of tracking, but that isn’t possible."

They tricked me with reasonable estimation but once I sent my phones, they used different model standard to evaluate my phones and lowball the price. They bet no one wants to waste time on reselling. This company should never remain in the business. I would never sell to Gazelle again and recommend others not. The customer support was rude and refuse to reinspected. No followup after my complaint. Worst resell experience ever."

"What a complete time **** this site is. I “sold” my iPhone 14 (which was in an otterbox case the entire time I had it) and after receiving the phone, Gazelle played their tactic of assuming the seller will not waste more time and offered $150 less than original estimate. They were right. I didn’t have the time or energy to try to sell it someplace else. I just accepted the offer. This was over three months ago in February and still haven’t received my payment. I specifically selected Gazelle for the check payment option, Supposedly, they stopped payment and reissued the check FOUR separate times …yet I’m still waiting… stay far away from this site unless you wanna lose your time and money."
