TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

"Just had a terrible experience with Gazelle. I purchased a phone a week ago and expedited shipping. It should have arrived within 2 days. My bank account was hit immediately for the charges and I received an email with a promised delivery date and time for 2 days. That date arrived & no shipment. This happened for 3 continuous days where they stated the package was "lost in the warehouse and they were researching it and get back to me". A week later they were still "researching it in the warehouse" with no calls or emails other than my own efforts. I offered an easy solution of shipping out another phone so that I had one while they worked on their own lost inventory item problem. My logical solution seemed too complicated. They stated they are unable to ship another phone until they locate their mistplaced product. I cancelled the transaction and was promised a very delayed refund. They were less than helpful through the entire 7 day frustrating ordeal. Apparently shipping out a phone was a complicated process for this company. I should have paid attention when in my previous attempt to purchase a phone through them, I was mailed a defective phone with a microphone problem. Live & learn but be forewarned.

"I've used Gazelle three times now and each time have been very happy with the offers and service received. They are quick to ship the boxes, inspect the products and send payment. I forgot to remove one phone from my iCloud account and Gazelle sent me an email with instructions on how to do it. Within an hour of notifying them that I had removed the phone, they resumed the inspection and I got notification that my payment had been sent.

I highly recommend Gazelle and will continue to use them in the future!
