"good service... but, it seems like you should get more for your products."
"Easy transaction and easy to mail"
"Great experience end to end"
"Very prompt payment. Extremely satisfied."
"Everything about my experience went very smoothly. The item shipped quickly, processed very quickly and payment was received within the same day. The only part that made me sad is that I waited a week to process the transaction and the price dropped but that was my fault. Everything went as it is explained. "
"I had forgotten about my iPhone 5 but when we moved and unpacked there it was. Well, I've sent a number of devices to Gazelle over the years and I thought why not see if this is worth anything. Well, it was and I'm thrilled that they sent money to my PayPal account. Gazelle is easy to use, sends the return box quickly and then, ****, money appears. Everything is life should be so easy!"
"most recommended service in cell phone"
"Dealing with Gazelle is always quick and easy."
"Easy and profitable. I never would have gotten as much for my devices from Verizon or Best Buy!"
"Smooth easy way of getting money for your old device they give you a reasonable price and they do not try to lowball you "
"I received my payment quickly. Gazelle's set realistic expectations and a fair price. "
"If device is as described, quote is very accurate. Shipping is easy and money goes to PayPal quicker than expected. Very reputable company to do business with."
"I sold two different devices and got what I was expecting. I actually got more than I expected for my phone. The process was pretty simple and convenient. "
"I sent my old Samsung Galaxy tablet in with an estimated $15 value. A few days later I got an email that I was actually paid $20 because they determined it was in better condition than expected. Consistently Gazelle gives better offers than the EcoATM kiosks in the mall, and shipping is free."
"I sent my iphone6 to Gazelle. I was tracking it online. It made it all the way to Indiana, cool, thought this was going to be a breeze. WRONG! All of a sudden, my phone headed the wrong way, and ended up in Las Vegas. After a few days there, it FINALLY made it to Gazelle. They inspected it, and issued a check. Now I started tracking the check. All is good, I see it made it to San Bernardino, which is about 50 miles from Palm Springs California where I live. NO SUCH LUCK!!! It has been setting in the San Bernardino post office (50 MILES AWAY FROM MY HOME) FOR THE LAST SIX DAYS! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? Since Gazelle says it could take seven to ten "business" days to arrive, I have to ask the question if Gazelle and the U S Postal service are colluding to set on the check till the very last moment when it is scheduled to be delivered??? Is Gazelle instructing the postal service to hold the check back so Gazelle can set on the interest of my money till the very last moment before the 7 to 10 business days are up??? There can be no explanation for a piece of first class mail ( THAT IS TRACKABLE) to be stuck in a post office for six days. When you think about the dollar amount they send out each day, it would make sense that they would like to accumulate as much interest as possible on their cash. I don't think I will be using them again. And I still have to see if the check will show up. I have the feeling, it will be more E mails to customer service. Perhaps they should look into an account with UPS or FedEX."
