"Easy experience selling my iphone 6 plus. I was even given more money than expected because of the condition my iphone was in. Thanks."
"I went to the site, described my iPad, and requested a box. A few days later, the box arrived with packing and instructions. I packed the box and took it to the post office. A few days later I received an email with an Amazon code for the agreed amount plus a bonus for using Amazon gift as payment. Plus they didn't require me to send in the charger and lightening cable."
"The process with Gazelle was very straightforward. It was easy to follow, the price quote was fair, and I received payment very quickly after my device was received by the company. "
"Top notch customer service. Highly recommend to others. Thank you!"
"I was able to do some spring cleaning and easily earn $$! "
"Good to deal with, never had problems."
"Gazelle is easy to set up and sell. Fast acting. "
"This was so fast and easy and I love that my old phone wasn't just tossed in the trash! We will definitely use Gazelle again and again!!"
"This is the second time I've sold my old smartphone to Gazelle and, just like the first time around, it couldn't possibly have been simpler or faster. I went to their website and within two minutes had my offer from them and accepted. Two days later, the box for my phone arrived. Having already removed the SIM card and done a factory reset, I dropped it in the box and sent it out the next day. Two days later, I got an email confirming that my phone had been checked out and was in the excellent condition I described and attaching my payment as an Amazon gift card. So, start to finish, I had my money in five days.
If you'd rather not get paid by Amazon gift card, you can opt for a check. The first time around I opted for a check and that took an additional five days or so. But it's certainly an option."
"I sold 2 iPhone and an iMac through Gazelle. I was able to take my two old iPhones to a kiosk at my local grocery store. In a few minutes I had a reasonable offer for my phones and immediate cash in hand.
My iMac was a different story. I first tried selling it through another computer buyer on the web. While I had free shipping and free return from them, they declines to take my iMac. When it was returned to me I went to Gazelle. Again free convenient FedEx shipping and Gazelle had offered me more that the other company. When my iMac arrived, Gazelle accepted online offer and sent me an Amazon gift card which I have already made good use of."
"Exactly as advertised. No issues."
"Nice and quick, actually got more then the original quote!"
"Went smoothly and easily, great job"
"Day 1 "Thursday": I purchased item at 3pm Eastern Time zone, that's 12 pm West coast still, correct?
Day 2 "Friday": I call at 10:30 AM eastern, order still not processed, and was told product would not arrive until next Mon or Tues of next week. Yes, next week. I asked to speak with Manager that was still in bed...Thus, I hung up and contacted my PayPal rep. Folks, always use PayPal, to write a complaint. At 4:56 PM Eastern, 28 hours later 400+ dollars of Takes and $29 overnight shipping, my order was on its way out the door.... driving across the USA... and will arrive before 8pm Eastern Monday
FedEx • 787051297456 (Next Day) – track the order yourselves folks.
Bottom Line, This vendor/merchant is not the first I've encountered with their poor Overnight hustle.... I think the company concept is great, but don't expect them to rush for you any... unless PayPal threatens them
Bottom Line; always over communicate with clients. Most all get LAZY fat after being paid in advance for product delivery. Maybe if they were paid upon delivery, they would perform better

"Gazelle makes it so easy to sell your phone and follows thru with payment very promptly."
