"He comprado dos veces en esta web, una impresora 3D en cada pedido. He comprado en varias tiendas online pero en este caso elegí Geekbuying por el precio de los productos que quería y porque el envío era desde Europa, es decir, entrega rápida y sin sorpresas con las aduanas.
Con las dos impresoras tuve que hacer uso del servicio de atención al cliente por fallos propios de las mismas (por lo que me informé después son fallos que tienen estos modelos y que el fabricante va solucionando). Una vez en contacto con atención al cliente de Geekbuying les conté el problema y se pusieron en contacto con el vendedor para solucionarlo. La comunicación con el servicio de atención al cliente fue fluida, aunque es verdad que el vendedor en algunos casos tardaba un poco en contestar, pero siempre lo hacía. Para la primera impresora me enviaron un pack de piezas de repuesto con el que pude solucionar el fallo.
Con la segunda impresora también tuve que acudir al servicio de atención al cliente y me enviaron sin problemas un pack de piezas de repuesto.
Tuve un segundo problema con la primera impresora y me volví a poner en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente
, que tras hablar con el vendedor me indicó que me enviarían piezas de repuesto. Las piezas vienen todas de China, por lo que tardan un poco, y en este caso me pararon el pedido en aduanas y tuve que pagar tasas. Me puse en contacto con Geekbuying y me reembolsó el importe de las tasas (yo había hecho el pedido al almacén de Europa, por lo que no era lógico que tuviera que pagar aduanas). Una vez pagadas las aduanas pasaban las semanas y el pedido no me llegaba, así que volví a reclamar y me volvieron a enviar las piezas de repuesto. Esta vez si llegaron bastante rápido.
La verdad es que da gusto cuando el servicio de atención al cliente funciona así. En otras páginas web me ha pasado que te dan largas y no te hacen caso, pero la verdad es que mi experiencia con Geekbuying no puede ser mejor hasta ahora. Me daba un poco de miedo comprar productos de 250€ por internet pero la verdad es que repetiré con Geekbuying cuando tenga que volver a comprar!."
