Produit reçu rapidement, parfaitement emballé, sans droits de douane additionnels. Ravis de l'expérience d'achat.
Des pieds aluminium étaient prévus en cadeau mais ils ne sont pas arrivés avec la commande. Après contact du service clients, nous nous sommes vus proposer l'envoi des pieds mais nous avons demandé leur remplacement par un plateau de gravure métal (actuellement proposé en cadeau pour l'achat de la machine). Il sera plus efficace pour nos élèves.
La personne du Service Client a gentiment proposé le remplacement des pieds par le plateau de gravure. Très sympathique, très commerçant, nous apprécions le geste et recommandons vivement le site Geekbuying.

"I ordered a pet water fountain from GeekBuying. At the time speaking it has the best price around all sites (like 10$ cheaper). I ordered from China warehouse at 8 Nov, shipped at 14 Nov and arrived in my country (Europe) at 28 Nov. The delay between shipping and ordering caused by a small problem in my address (it was long text for the shipping company), so I had to write another shorter address.
The product came in a good package but internally the water tank has a small damage in a plastic that was clearly from manufacturer, not from GeekBuying. I contacted GeekBuying support and I got a very prompt reply with a choice to send it back and get a replace or a partial refund. I choose partial refund and I got it back within 1 day.
