"It was my first time, I bought an electric bike Eleglide M1 Plus. The order came from PL on time. The package arrived in excellent order without any issues and the packaging was quite good. The item was as promised and I was quite pleased with the quality. After a couple of months I also had an small issue with the sensor. I wrote back to the aftersales support who responded to me swiftly and in good manner. I had to send a video describing the issue I had, they suggested a solution that didnt work so they send me asap a replacement part since it was in warranty.
I was quite pleased with their aftersales support, their responsiveness and final resolution.

"To be honest, i was a little skeptical, i ordered from Romania and was a big amount of sum, but they were ok and sent me in like dunno 3 days ? It was nice, they came some part form Poland and some from Germany but both arrived with a difference of one day, Germany came in 3 while Poland in 2.
One product had an issue which i didn't want to talk with support but i didn't find the replaceable except in china... So better than waiting 2 months to come i called the support.
