"I order 2 Sounarc A1 speakers on April 23 2024, I receive the items on time and I checked both of them if they are working fine. Everything was good (I didn't check them thouroughly allthough, for example buetooth distances etc.).
I started using just one of them every day and after one month I decide to take and the second one out for use. I tried to pair them, but i discoverd that i can't do that, only if they are in a very close proximity each other (less than a meter). Outside this distance the connectivity was lost. The same problem occured also when I connect the problematic speaker with my phone. Everything was perfect as long as i leave the phone next to the speaker. If i tried to take it further, it starts to play broken and little further the connectivity drops. I contact the customers support on June 3 and after expaining the problem and providing a video with it, they just send me a new one by June 6 (no need to send the problematic one back)!!
So for one more time, best prices (when i bought the products they where in an amazing price with a great discount), very quick and friendly customers support and great aftersales support!!"

Ho acquistato un incisore laser in offerta sul sito geekbuying.com.
Ero troppo scettico perché il sito non lo conoscevo.
In una settimana mi è arrivato il pacco in ottimi stato.
Nel momento in cui lo fatto l ordine di un mecpow x5 in omaggio regalavano il piatto a nido d'ape, ma quando mi è arrivato a casa,nel montaggio ho notato che il piatto a nido d'ape era un 400x400 mentre l incisore mecpowx5 è un 600x600.
Ho contattato l assistenza di geekbuying.com è devo dire che il loro team hanno risposto in giornata sul mio problema e spiegando con un email personale ,il problema avvenuto.
Loro hanno rilevato le mie foto inviate in allegato è hanno valutato il mio problema inviandomi il nido d'ape della misure dell incisore 600x600.
Quindi la mia valutazione è che il sito è consigliato trovate prodotti elettronici in offerta e l assistenza è ai livelli professionali,il loro team lavora in modo eccellente per capire le esigenze del cliente . Ogni giorno ricevevo una loro email,seguendo il mio caso professionalmente.
Quindi continuate così, complimenti al team di assistenza clienti per non aver abbandonato i clienti nel momento critico.
