I contacted CS and they asked for picture/video evidence of the problem. I sent the proof and they were really friendly and refunded me for the items. La bicicletta è arrivata senza nemmeno un graffio, con tutte le chiavette neccessarie a montarla. Tempo massimo trenta minuti e la bicicletta era pronta per essere utilizzata. Ogni volta che la prendo le persone in strada non possono non fermarsi ad ammirarla. Il cambio scimano funziona a meraviglia e la pedalata assistita non permette di sentire la fatica quando ci sono molte salite. Sono veramente soddisfatto e contentissimo. Unica pecca il tempo della consegna. A causa del virus ci sono voluti più di due mesi. Ma ne è valsa la pena. Lo rifarei cento volte. Il servizio clienti nonostante e viste le difficoltà mi è sempre stato vicino. Anche se non parlo l’inglese grazie ai traduttori istantanei abbiamo potuto comunicare senza nessun problema per tutto il tempo necessario. Non mi hanno abbandonato nemmeno per un secondo. Grazie mille. Acquisterò ancora presso di voi se ce ne sarà possibilità.

"Ordered a Walking Pad 11th June. Half the price of ordering in UK. I chose the cheap option-shipping by sea, expected delivery time 60 days, actually arrived 6 July.
I found the ordering a little confusing as lots of different options ranging greatly in price. Once ordered, my order kept saying 'being processed'.
I contacted them to ask if order had been accepted and got a reply within 24 hours assuring me that my item was about to reach Poland, at which point, I would get a tracking no. All good, item was delivered today. I asked 3 questions, all answered quickly. First order from this company, certainly won't be the last. Really pleased with Walking Pad, came with UK adaptor. Very happy with delivery and purchase"
"I ordered an item as it was reported to be available in Poland and the item was going to be shipped in 1-5 days. After waiting for a few days without an update, I decided to write to the customer service and they told me that the item is currently unavailable and I have to wait for the new stock without providing a specific date. In the meantime, on their website, the item is still currently marked as available. Why do the mark an item as available if it's not true? I asked for a refund and they told me that I have to wait for 7-15 days, why do I have to wait for so long if they never shipped this item? UPDATE: Refund was received after 3 days"
"Excellent earbuds for the price. This is my second set after a slight problem with the first. Sound quality is very, very good considering the price. Bluetooth connection to watch and phone, (Huawei Mate 30 Pro), is fast and problem free. Call quality is so much better than other bluetooth headsets I have owned, and believe me I've tried from cheap to very expensive. These have the best connection for voice calls overall. Highly recommended."

"My order - 5175167 never came since I first ordered from their site last April 5. There were about 5-6 tickets created to follow up the order status. All these tickets were replied with where the item was (pending in KL,Lumpur) and to wait. All messages were like robotic replies (same replies) with no strong customer support. Sure, there's a pandemic, but my orders from other sites overseas and even farther from the head office of Geekbuying in June have all arrived. Very weak customer support. Please do yourself a favor of NOT purchasing from this site. Unless you want to be transacting to a WALL with no concern for your orders. By the way, my credit card was already charged and paid for but I still don't have the item. Not so cool right?"
