"I purchased a Walking Pad that arrived broken.
The power button is shorted out. When you turn it on it risks catching fire and generates a power outage.
I immediately reported the problem to their customer support, asking to return the item because it was defective and dangerous, according to their return policy for Dead On Arrival (DOA) cases.
To date I have not been able to solve the problem. They have not refund me, nor sent me a replacement item.
I will keep you informed about the developments.
At the moment they are very unsatisfactory.

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered a hover board for my daughters 7th birthday. It arrived and was clearly a used item and was a faulty item (battery didn’t charge). It was obvious I was sent a previously returned item. I was told to return the item at my cost (£20) and they would then send a new replacement which they didn’t. I’m now told they can’t due to Brexit and additional custom charges and have offered to refund me less the original postage. I’ve not yet received the refund. This company is an absolute joke. My daughter is devastated and I am down nearly £30 even if I ever get my refund. My advice, pay a little extra and buy from a reputable outlet."

" My Mi Pad 4 Plus arrived quickly from GeekBuying - just 8 days to Australia. However, on testing the device, I found it had only 74% battery capacity - 6,409 mAh instead of 8,620 mAh. Screen On Time was 7.5 - 8 hours, instead of the advertised 11-12 hours. This was very disappointing as the advertised long battery life is the main reason I purchased this device. I liked other aspects of the tablet, including the good screen & snappy performance. Also, it has features not usually found on mid range tablets, i.e. LTE support, fingerprint reader & GPS radio, but I didn't wish to keep a newly purchased device with only 74% battery capacity. After receiving my returned device, GeekBuying promptly refunded the purchase price minus Chinese custom fees. In August, I also purchased a Mi Pad 4 Plus from GeekBuying, but it similarly had a defective battery, so I returned it for a refund. I don't know the reason for this battery issue - maybe it is just old stock? Xiaomi stopped manufacturing the Mi Pad 4 Plus in 2018."
