"I wrote to Customer support since I had a problem with remote control of my new Threadmill R1 PRO.
They answered me very soon, proposing 2 workaround in order to solve the problem.
Unfortunately the suggested workaround did not work, so they shipped immediately a new remote control.
Problem resolved.

company that really don't care

"We purchased two electric bikes last May, within 5 months my bike was having problems.
We contacted after-sales for help. they made us take the electrics apart to prove the lights were not working, sent us a new light with a video in Japenese to fit it, the video was no help and the lights would not work.
they said take the bike to a shop, we have done this the bike shop said we need a new control unit.
After 5 months we are still asking for this part and they are only offering us a new battery, they waste time and do not read the emails, we have exchanged more than 100 emails and they have still not accepted the help we need.
I have only been able to use my bike for 5 months the following 5 months it has been waiting for aftersales to help.
I would not recommend this company to anyone, once they have your money they couldn't care less. By law if a product breaks under 6 months they should replace it, some hope with them they keep sending emails not even reading what we have been sending to them.So fed up if anyone knows of a governing body I can complain to I would love to hear from you.

"AVOID, AVOID AVOID. Purchased a treadmill which is faulty (when it finally arrived) They are ignoring my emails and I am almost €400 down, have no resolve and a massive piece of equipment to dispose of. I am infuriated after weeks of emails with no help. They appear to sell dodgy products then ignore you . Have read many similar reviews "

Bad experience order 5438740

"Ordered an item indicated as available in the Italian warehouse with shipping in 1/2 working days. Article instead not available in Italy and shipped from Poland (perhaps) without any indication of delivery times. Provided a tracking dated 02/12/2021 indicating that the shipment has not been entrusted to GLS. Customer service dumps the responsibility on the courier. As soon as possible I will open dispute on paypal. Never again."

"Overall experience? I'm a happy customer!
I live in Greece and i thought shipping will take ages under the current restrictions but the items started arriving within 10days time. GeekBuying is using incremental shippment so whichever product was processed first was delivered first! How cool is that?
I had changed my mind over a treadmill and the customer service was prompt to intercept one of the packages and change the product on the fly. No shippment costs were added and generally their shippm. costs are kept competitevily low!
The products that arrived first, a ACGAM Electric Standing Desk Frame, was a very good deal and of a robust, good quality, metal frame.

Tronsmart Mega Pro 60W Excellent Audio Quality for a small speaker ;)

"Hey !,

I've ordered the Tronsmart Mega Pro 60W Bluetooth speaker.
After reading several reviews and watching some videos on youtube, the Tronsmart Mega Pro 60W is a fantastic value for the price.
I would say that this beast sounds better than some of bose's speakers! and better than the Tronsmart T6 Max (I wanted to buy it!)

POWERBASS!!
Yes indeed, the BASS is Powerful and you still can hear clearly the voices (the T6 Max lack of voices for instance).
So, if you watch Netflix, and can't hear properly what they say...!!
So you understand ;)

For this price, you receive a nice package, a great design of the Tronsmart box also a transport bag, usb-c cable (to charge your Bluetooth speaker), and a jack cable (which is a bit short but does very well the work).

The design of the Tronsmart Mega Pro is great, with regards to the elements inside of the beast.
This speaker's dimensions are not that big, the quality of the sound is very, very, very great.
The built quality is very solid, it's 1kg7, you still can use it outside (waterproof IPX5) you will have more or less 10 hours depending on how you use your speaker.

Do you want good BASS and quality of the voices?
You can close your eyes and buy it!! You can't go wrong with this speaker.
And the price!! If you compare other speakers on the market with the same specs.
It will cost you 3 times the price or even more with
some brands that do use a lot of marketing, you know those brands already ....

When I received it, I've done couple of tests, on Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube..
The sound is phenomenal, if I did not know it was only 1 speaker, I would say, It's a home cinema 5.1 at low volume!!
I am buying currently my second speaker to make it stereo, and have more power on my fingers!!

Besides, customer service is fantastic!
They respond in a great manner, professional and kind.
So having said that, you deserve a nice treat!!
Just go for it, my friend ;)
