"After having computer problems yesterday which we could not solve at all even when trying to look up online to resolve it and getting more frustrated as what we were told wasn't working for us. I rang Geeks2U this morning before and arranged an appoinment for a technician to come the same day. Excellent service and fabulous communication. Extremely helpful, knowledgable and polite. Advised of costs up front and as soon as I made the booking I had the email confirmations sent through from them. I was phoned by our technician when he was on his way to our place to do the job and he was wonderful. Solved our problem, explained what he was doing at each step and gave us good advice as well.
