"Wasting many, many hours trying to install a modern router (no names) which led to using the services of a real expert. God knows how much more time I would have lost not knowing that the task was actually not possible. I learned an enormous amount watching the knowledgeable techie work the iPad, laptop, phone and desktop all together. Now happy using the old router and having my low opinion of modern digital architecture validated and confirmed. Amazon has confirmed my router's return. Never again."
