"I rang Geeks to U in the evening and was able to arrange an appointment for their representative to attend the next day. Operative Tony was appointed to assist us. It was an excellent experience. Tony arrived within the expected time frame. Understood my explanation of the problem and quickly identified and resolved it, he then set up my new printer to Wi-Fi tested it and works perfectly. He "fine tuned" the set up of my new computer and provided me with some tips on its operation and guidance on some day to day "computing" Tony was friendly, very competent, encouraged questions and ensured we fully understood any advice/assistance he gave. Tony is an IT Guru and a credit to geeks2u. I have used them once before, great service, competent operatives who find and resolve issues quick. "

"Initial booking was excellent. Must have been a little mix up in the details provided to the initial Service person sent out because when he arrived he was not familiar with iMac. He made a call and an appointment was made for Ayavan to come out later in the day. Ayavan was experienced with iMac and provided excellent service. "

"Being an Outlook specialist, the technician looked a little worried when he found my email provider was GMail and not Outlook as he had been advised. In my stressed state who knows what I said when booking the call. Non-plussed he was able to work out the cause and resolve the issues that were keeping me up at night. "Geeks2U - Such a technological company with Office works now the parent, a large techno company - why when paying do we have only 2 options 1. credit card which you store (no thank you) or cash - why not direct debit - is it so hard/costly? I was not impressed with the person who took my original call who's name I'm sorry I don't have except he said he was in Christchurch-abrupt seemed irritated-given the hour of my call here in Sydney was it during the night there? But Athiththan the technician that came was good."
