More than just satisfied

"I couldn't be more elated by the service received from G2U and the technician who came out to rectify our computer issues.
Will never hesitate to recommend G2U, it was easy to book, they followed through with everthing almost immediately, the technician/ expert who came out was so professional, knowledgeable, thorough, in fact there isn't enough praise that I can bestow on him.

Very good and knowledgeable service.

"No problem with the service. I did take advice on the replacement printer - a Brother HL2305W - and bought one immediately only to encounter a connection problem where my iMac seems unable to recognise it and so will not add it to my network set-up. So it's possible I may need help again ... and would ask again for Jason since he now has experience of my set-up and a printer he knows."

"We engaged a sub-contractor, named Brendan from Geeks2u, to address a transmission issue with our email function on our lap top computer.
He arrived punctually and was very polite. He possessed good product knowledge and explained every step of the process. He displayed a calm temperament with problem solving and was interested to listen to our concerns.

Dont Hesitate

"After struggling (for hours) to try and navigate my way around the Smart TV and the sound system, following a building upgrade, I finally Googled Geeks (well they do computers so I presume they know technology?), and booked a terrific technician called Andrew. Fully focused, polite and professional, while it does take time, job done! So pleased. And the price was completely fair and reasonable. My frustrations disappeared. Thank you."
