"Ordered a multitool and toolkit for my husband's birthday. Received an order confirmation the next day, but they did NOT tell me one of the items was back-ordered for over a week. By the time they did, I had missed my husband's birthday. They did bill my credit card immediately, however. It is now almost 3 weeks since I ordered and the package has not arrived. The items have been sitting in a UPS warehouse ten miles from my home for three days and they are not scheduled to arrive for another two. I understand it is Thanksgiving week, but the package could have been delivered yesterday (Friday) or today(Saturday). Altogether, this has been one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had."

"Overall, a good experience with Gerber-Tools.com and Two Point Enterprises. I placed an order on Oct. 24th, received confirmation emails with UPS tracking information a day later on the 25th and recieved my order on the 28th. I was very pleased with the response time of my order. I had read poor reviews from others, but my order worked quite well.
One note of interest is that the physical packaging that I received had been opened (not the box that my stuff was shipped in, but the packaging on my item. The item appears to be unused, but it looks like this might have been a returned item. I am not concerned though as the item looks to be in new condition.
