"I tracked the shipment for the items that I had ordered from Gigaparts based on the tracking number provided in their email to me. I opened the package with my order which arrived on time. However, although the packing slip inside listed all the items on my order (5), there was only one of the items in the box. There was no indication in the packaging that there would be a separate shipment. They had not sent a separate email to notify me that there would be multiple shipments. I had to call them to verify this and get an additional tracking number for the second package. Their communication should be better than this. Otherwise, they did ok. "

We appreciate you taking the time to give us your feedback!
This is a problem that we are addressing. Unfortunately, our current system is only capable of sending out one tracking number. We have a line in our emails that are sent out with the subject line of "Shipment from GigaParts" that indicates - "It is possible your order may be filled from multiple warehouses" just so that you know if all items are not in the package there is another package coming.
We take the feedback very seriously. Unfortunately, some of the fixes take some time to be integrated into the system or to get a new system.
I'm really sorry for the inconvenience! If more convenient for you to send an email than to call, just send us an email to sales@gigaparts.com asking for additional tracking number and our staff will make sure you get it! Otherwise, just know we are working on it!
