"The ad stated it was an "open box" sale. The item was packed well upon delivery and the item itself was in a very nice plane white box. So far so good. Upon opening the (white) box
it was discovered that the item had been installed previously. This indicates a return or a demo unit and this was not mentioned in the ad at all. The unit appears new but there are marks in places indicating installation. This was somewhat disappointing as this should have been disclosed in the ad.
Shipping was very fast and the unit packed very well.
The item has not been tested as of this writing but appears to be in like new condition."
