"I brought my laptop into Gigaparts for repair. The charged me $79 for a diagnosis. The next day they called me and said the technician didn't recommend repair because it needed a new mother board and display, costing over $1000.
I picked up the laptop and took it to another repair shop and they fixed it for $49 by replacing the power on switch. I'm writing this on the same laptop now.

"I contacted seller twice before give them money in an effort to confirm availability of the item I was attempting to purchase. I spoke over the phone with the local distributor and the "warehouse" employee. I was assured that the item was in stock several times over and available for immediate shipping... Suffice to say, GigaParts DID NOT have the item, and it took several days for them to inform me (via email, not even a phone call!) that they "made a mistake" with inventory.... I was not offered a wait period... I was issued a refund and never spoken to again... Very bad business practice. "
