"I liked the service to add on items to my order while it was on hold waiting a backorder. That saved me $20 in shipping costs!

What I didn't like was the use of Styrofoam peanuts for packing. Messy, terrible for the environment, antiquated way to cushion packages. Get rid of them and replace with air bags or something that is more 21st century and more environmentally friendly."
