"I ordered a Kenwood TM-D710 GA , with the Mars/cap Modification along with the Quick Reference Guide and USB Cable & RT software. I received the radio in about a week w/Modification. This was very prompt response. The Windows cloning System and software came about two weeks later, but said right on the box that it did not work with the TM-D710G. I would receive instructions by e-mail of how to return it, and a new version would be sent to me, I have not received the Quick Reference Guide yet, but they said it would be shipped from another location. The service department was very helpful and I look forward to receiving the entire order, so I can install the radio in my search and rescue jeep."
