"Gigaparts overall is fine-nice people.... But the delivery really sucks. Long delays in shipping an item, and the last item ordered 10 + days ago has not been delivered. Despite complaints to UPS, nothing has been done. They promised a delivery on Tuesday and it never arrived. Found it sitting in a where-house 20 miles away and never put on a truck to deliver. Need to start using FedEx ground or someone else.

Management then promised a delivery the next on Weds.... nothing. Now it is Thursday and still sitting at UPS not delivered. Now been 11 days or so and still not delivered."
