"Haven't received the order yet it was picked up by the USPS on July 2, and shows it hasn't moved any further. I know this isn't the fault of GigaParts, but they should be tracking the package as well."

“Hi mfolinger!
Your package going to an APO address can take longer to process through USPS. It is not uncommon for a package to be picked up at our location, accepted by the Huntsville post office, and not show any update until it arrives at the closer distribution office or even delivering post office. We are tracking the package and we will monitor it until you have receipt of the package.

"Got an email my item was out of stock. So far I have received 1 email from then that was an update. Item is still out of stock. Item is for my only HF radio so field day was missed. May cancel the order and go with someone else who sells the item for same or lower price. Not sure if I'll try to order again from them."

When your order was placed (on 6/10) our message was to inform you that we would expect to ship in 2-4 weeks and that we would keep you updated based on information provided to us by the manufacturer. I'm sorry you must have missed the email sent on 7/3 to let you know we were trying to get further information from the manufacturer. We try to check on items before their deadline runs out to see if the manufacturer has already shipped or if there is an unexpected delay so that we can keep our customer updated.

We don't like it when any customer has to wait for a product, but unfortunately, there are items we sell out and we depend on the manufacturer to fill our request of the item. In such cases, our website is designed to give a warning prior to checkout that there could be a delay in case you are needing the item sooner than the expected fulfillment or need prior to a special event.

I since been informed that the manufacturer on your item is experiencing further delay. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control.
