I sent an email asking some questions on radios and antennas. Rebecca took the time to respond with some outstanding advice. When I decided to purchase my first HF rig shortly after Rebecca's email to me. It was Steve via Chat that helped me get my order done. Going so far as advising me the antenna turner I was going to order was not as efficient as one $30.00 less. I also wanted to add a mod to my radio that you were out of stock on. Steve said I could purchase the circuit elsewhere and ship directly to GIGI PARTS and you would install. I notified Jeremy in sales of when the circuit was due and he updated me and got the got the mod installed and shipped the same day the circuit arrived. As I live in FL shipping took only 2 days ground.
I have been working the last couple of days getting my mast and new antenna up. I do not know who at Gigi Parts reads these emails, but would you please pass this one up to the owner/s.
