“I'm sorry you were disappointed to find out the product wouldn't be shipped for at least two weeks. We have measures in place to alert you prior to checking out because we don't like disappointed customers.

The first measure being the item stating "Usually ships in (gives time frame)" and the second one being at checkout a line stating "Low stock - this item may delay your order. Click here for more information." If you click on the click here line it would state: Low stock - this item may delay your order. This message appears when we do not have enough available inventory to ship your order right away and allows you to decide if you choose to proceed with your order.

We carry thousands of products and unfortunately there are times that we sell out of a product or a manufacturer may have a delay in getting the product to us. We count you as a valued customer and hope you will give us another opportunity to serve you in the future.

"The ordering and support that led up to my ordering were great. However, I was surprised as I tried to track my shipment that it was taking longer than expected. I ordered it on 19 May 2015 and it arrived on 27 May 2015. That seems longer than normal to ship a CD, via UPS and delivered by US Mail and charge $10.56 for that service. I would have expected more like a 5 day delivery."

"Giga Parts the service was very good. The AL-800H was only about 4 Stars. She kick out before you get a full power out. I try her with two different Antennas with SWR 1.03 and 1.05, not even 1:1 match. I use Palstar HF AUTO Tuner. So, go figure."
