"Very Poor followup communications. I placed an order for 3 items. An Alpha Delta DX-DD for my dad. 325 Feet of Rope and a couple of packs of anti seize. The Rope was back ordered! I ask for them to ship the in stock items since I paid for expedited shipping. Then I get an email asking for split shipping cost?????? The order was over $99??? Send the items in stock using the expedited shipping and Free ship the Rope when it comes in??? NO, I would have to pay for the split shipping! The order was placed 4/3/20. This is 4/17/20 and nothing in the mail and they have no idea when the rope will arrive. I understand the rope issue! BUT no attention to the other items that were in stock. Why should I pay for split shipping when the order was OVER $99 ???? Ship the items in stock using my expedited shipping that I paid for and ship the rope when it comes in for free????? I ran my own communications business for over 20 years and would never do the customer this way. What good is the expedited shipping if I have to wait on the rope to get in and they have no idea when it will arrive!!! Someone needs to take a Logistics Class !!! "

Please know we are not trying to be difficult. We do have to charge to cover the cost of the extra package being shipped. If what was on backorder had been over $99 it would have qualified for free shipping. We do our best to convey when items are not in stock and it is not unusual for a customer to place an order with expedited shipping knowing that when all items are in stock the package will be expedited in the time frame chosen.
