"I have purchased a number of items over the last 6 months and I had issues with my radio and my NanoVNA. They are glad to replace it but I had to pay the shipping back so in the long run, I should have just bought it on Amazon Prime. I wanted to support the Ham stores but even after paying to have the NanoVNA returned and replaced the replacement didn't work either. In my request I asked for them to make sure the replacement worked. Both of them appeared to have been opened prior to me getting them. My guess is they were returns from others. I won't be buying anything else here. I am done with these guys!"

"Everything arrived early, and everything is as advertised.
I made a few changes in my order, and customer service was great in handling things. One item was backordered GigaParts emailed me the option of splitting my order or waiting. I chose the latter. When the backorder looked like it was going to be longer than originally anticipated, customer service was happy to let me switch for a similar product. They let me know that there would be 2 shipments, "so don't be alarmed when only part of your order arrives." Both shipments arrived a day earlier than promised.
Values are very good, and the technical chat staff are very knowledgeable. A great experience all the way!"
"Don't get me wrong my order was correct and basically shipped in a timely manner. My complaint is that I live within a 2 hour drive of Huntsville and all of my items showed in stock in Huntsville, so I expected delivery within 2 -3 days but they shipped the whole order from Las Vegas which added several days to the delivery time. I was very disappointed. Since I am originally from Huntsville I was trying to support the boys back home. If they are going to ship from the other side of the country I'll search for better pricing and comparable or better shipping times. They aren't the only show in town."
