"I ordered an MFJ telescoping antenna and an MFJ 15A power supply. The items were packed into a box which was long enough for the antenna and wide enough for the power supply, but included virtually no packing material to isolate movement. The box arrived with the end crushed and the power supply foot bracket bent. I sent photographs of the damage to GigaParts.
The photographs, showing package damage, suggested shipping damage to GigaPart. After further interaction, we came to the consensus that the packaging process was the root cause.
The power supply was fully functional and I was able to correct the damage to the bracket. I was issued a partial refund for the inconvenience associated with my receipt of a damaged part.
GigaParts Customer Service went the extra mile to reach out to me to understand where the failure had occurred and to help to raise my level of satisfaction."
