I ordered 4 things and the two I was most excited to buy were out of stock. I was given the choice as to whether I should wait 30+ (undetermined) days for all four
or split the order. Splitting the order cost me another $10+ in shipping. This was my first HAM purchase. I will try someone else next time in the hopes that they have stock on hand."

"I placed an order 8/31/2019. It is 9/28/2019 today.
There has been no notifications of any kind.
Today I checked on the order and it said "processing".
I opened a chat session and that person told me it should ship in two days and I should get it in 3 - 10 days.
The obvious questions are: Why was it not shipped earlier? Also are they only shipping it now because I started harassing them and are they actually going to ship it?
Better communications would be nice."
